Control scales WPW/T/FH series is designed for fast mass control of a product that is batched directly on a manufacturing-filling technological line. The scales can operate as a separate weighing station, however its complete functionality is achieved by joining number of scales into a computer managed network supported by application E2R System offered by RADWAG. The scales is dedicated mainly for fish and meat processing plants, requiring fast and reliable measurements combined with scales robust construction resistant to operating in harsh ambient conditions. Due to the specificity of major clients for whom the WPW/T/FH series is dedicated, the instruments construction is fully based on stainless steel components, with terminals housing made of 0H18N9Z steel featuring a clear LCD display. All connecting conductors and external wiring (power cord, conductor joining terminal and weighing platform, Ethernet-scales cable) are made of special wire with polyurethane isolation, known as PUR. The PUR conductors are used in areas requiring high resistance to chemical agents, lubricants, oils and solvents. Application of indicating diodes system enables immediate determining the weighing range of a measured load. Such extended functionality shortens and speeds up product batching and packaging process, and additionally improves efficiency of workers operating the technological line.
